Habitacion individual en centro, ruzafa. ideal gente joven

hola a todos, somos stefano y flor, de 24 y 27 años, hemos alquilado un piso de 3 habitaciones en ruzafa y queremos compartirlo, así que alquilamos 1 habitacion a partir del 1 de mayo y de manera indefinida.
buscamos alguien mas o menos de nuestra edad, que estudie o trabaje y que traiga buen rollo a casa sobre todo. seriedad y limpieza, también por supuesto.
la habitacion tiene unos 15 m2, cama individual, armario grande, escritorio, espejo y tele.por supuesto con acceso al resto de la casa, que tiene un salón comedor muy grande, con tele de plasma, dvd, aire acondicionado, calefacción, terraza, cocina y baño muy amplios, totalmente equipados, con horno, microondas, lavadora, y todo tipo de electrodomesticos.
la finca cuenta con portero y llaves de seguridad.
el precio son 200€ al mes, con los gastos a parte de agua, luz, gas e internet. un mes de fianza.

we're looking for someone young, who works or studies, and with whom make some friendship. very important be seriously and clean, of course.
the room is about 15 m2, single bed, big closet, desk, mirror and tv.
you´ll have access to the rest of the appartment, which includes, a very big leaving room, tv, dvd, air conditioning, heating, terrace, totally equiped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.
